Staff were friendly & helpful when you found them, but they were not always available during business hours. The kitchen was a mess. The equipment was run down & not clean. Dirty plates were left in the sink & it was not clear whether residents had to wash up themselves. For a "resort" it was disappointing. It was more like a back packers but no indication of that.

Location, atomosphere

Bathroom a distance from site, expensive for what we stayed in

We chose to stay here because it was within walking distance of the main Street and beach and because of the pool and communal kitchen. What we didn’t expect was the lovely Manager, Corinne and all-rounder Xavier who made it feel like a home away from home. We also loved chatting to the Argentinian guests who were staying at the resort longer term. We just loved our 12 days there and wish we could have stayed longer!

At the start of our stay the kitchen was a little out-dated but it was being upgraded by the time we were leaving. The resort is being improved under the new management.

Ease of booking and checking.

No one at reception on arrival. Phone call (not able to call through WhatsApp) and short wait for a person to come. Booked to a room with 2 bed and staff asked that I don’t use the second bed on check-in - hopefully they are routinely cleaning! Missing tiles in bathroom. Noisy. Bed not comfortable. Sheet only. Motel vibes at hotel cost.
