Room sizes are very small. Not comfortable if travelling with travel partner or Professional partner

1.First business hotel j hv seen not having bell boy or even a staff to take out luggage from vehicles to receptiob n to alloted room , not all travellers r business persons. 2. We hv paid more than rs 10000 for a room without basic amenities such as hot water kettle n tea bags( smartly kept all tea n coffee stuff at lift lobby areas) catering need for nos of rooms thats totally un professional n felt like an hostel or transit accomodation rather a hotel. 3 disposal sleepers r on chargeable basis thats ridiculous. 4. Only head fountain shower is there in wash rooms no telephone shower , no taps totally impracticle approach towards basic needs if hotel is in india n majority customers r indians. We felt like cheated after staying in the hotel for such facilities.
