It's a nice hub if you are exploring the north of Portugal. It's a nice flat in a quiet neighborhood but very very close to the main areas in the city. The flat is conveniently close to Bolhao which has most of the things you need, especially FOOD! Bolhao Market is just there and there are good cafes and bakeries in the area. The flat has all the basic things you need. Big toilet/shower, too. The Smart TV is a plus for someone working.

The AC is in the living room and you won't get much cooling in the bedroom if you close the door. A hand towel in the kitchen would be nice as well as an ice tray (for making ice cubes during warm weather).

It was very nice and cozy, high ceilings, air conditioning, TV. I felt right at home.

They need to have teatowels there so you can do the washing up. Always a lot of moisture, water dripping in the fridge. It would have been nice to know beforehand that there was a special technique with the key to the front door. I could not open it at first, no one answered when I called the office and I had to walk all the way back to the office with all my luggage.

Traffic noise in the morning can wake you up, its a busy road Noise in the building when the neighbours are slamming doors or playing loud music at night

Alkuun oli vaikeuksia. Ei päästy majoitukseen, ensimmäisenseksi Yöksi. Viestintä ei toiminut. Tämä asia ja muut ongelmat korjattiin. Huoneisto oli mukava ja kivasti sisustettu. Hiljainen lukuun ottamatta yläkerran huoneistosta kuuluvia raskaita askel ääniä. Mielestäni hyvä pidempi aikaiselle matkalle.
