The hotel was in a prime location. Good and co operative staff.

Didn't like the towels and bedsheets/ bedspreads were off color.. wasn't so clean as shown in pictures

"Service not up to the mark"

Check in was smooth at midnight, the room was clean.

No support from the person sleeping in the reception at night. He straight away said don't ask for anything as there is no staff at night. I had a 3 year old child with me who wanted something to eat at night which I couldn't ask for. The next day complimentary breakfast was served cold. I had to pay & order something to eat. No help with luggage handling while check in & check out.
