En el restaurante la brasería solo funciona fines de semana y todos los arroces son para dos personas por lo que no pude ni comer un asado ni comer una paella

My bed collapsed on one side because the plastic legs on the cheap frame broke. (I am a thin woman sleeping alone.) The glue on the legs suggests this has happened before.This would be forgivable, except no one at the property responded to my messages, emails, or phone calls. I wound up putting the mattress on the floor and sleeping there. This happened in the secons room I tried. In the first room, the air conditioner made an explosive bang every five minutes. I mamaged to catch the staff amd change rooms before they abandoned the premises. So the faciliies are jankety and the customer service sucks. Avoid.

The room was of reasonable size, clean, bright and in good order. The bed was comfortable

Bad administration: Info provided by bookings.com & hotel clearly stated that reception closed between 4-8pm (no problem). It was also clearly stated that cafeteria was open 7am-midnight. However, it appears that the cafeteria is also closed 4-8pm contrary to all info given. On the morning of our arrival we were emailed an access code & room number to "check-in" during closed period. What we were not told that the access was via a door at the back of the building in another street. The front of the building was completely closed with no info available. We arrived at 6pm and expected to find the cafeteria open so we could unwind from the journey and have a snack. All closed up. We phoned the number provided in the email and was told they open at 8pm!! We had specifically asked for, and had confirmed, single beds but when we went to our room it was a double. However, the change of room to singles was quickly achieved. When we came down for breakfast at 8.30am the cafeteria was closed yet all documentation and information given (even on the day of arrival) stated open from 7am-midnight. (Literature in our room said 8am-midnight, inconsistent). So overall, despite a comfortable room, I do not recommend this hotel until it gets its act together. There are plenty of other hotels where I doubt you would have these problems.
