Lugar hermoso y tranquilo. La temperatura de la piscina es espectacular. La comida es deliciosa, el desayuno es muy rico y variado. La habitación es muy cómoda, las camas son espectaculares. El personal es muy amable y atento, están en todos los detalles.

A localização é ótima. Lugar calmo, sem agitação, a 3.monutos do centro. Muita área verde. O hotel impecavelmente limpo. Tudo sempre muito arrumado. O atendimento do staff é excelente. Sempre muito atenciosos e prestativos. A piscina é ótima, aquecida. Café da manhã maravilhoso.

Gostamos do atendimento desde o check-in, o ambiente muito agradável e instalações muito boas. Os proprietários e os funcionários são solícitos. A princípio já coloquei o Hotel Pousada da Neve como favorito em Nova Petrópolis/RS.
