Ottima posizione, camere pulite e dotate di molti confort. Staff super reattivo e disponibile. Abbiamo avuto la possibilità di lasciare gratuitamente i bagagli in deposito

Nulla da ridire sulla camera ma l'edificio in cui si trova è un pochino vecchio

Konumu mükemmeldi, odalar temizdi, çalışanlar çok yardımsever ve güler yüzlüydü.

Gran via caddesi üzerinde mükemmel bir konuma sahip olmasına rağmen bir apartmanın 2. katında yer alıyor. Eski bir apartman (otelin içi çok yeni) girişi bulmak kolay olmayabilir. Biz önceden araştırıp gittiğimiz için sıkıntı yaşamadık. Ve dış cephe çalışması vardı. Oda manzaramız kapalıydı. Bunun bilgisini de önceden vermişlerdi. Bunu kabul ederek konaklama satın aldık. Otelin elinde olan bir durum değil ama keşke caddeyi görebilseydik.

"Good location, but not charming"

It is just rooms ( no common space, or breakfast room ), Whilst the rooms are OK. The entrance to the floor where the rooms are (2nd Floor) is rather scary and dirty. Also, we had a room "with a balcony" which was not a balcony but just a floor window that opened onto a balustrade , and was behind.... a giant advertising that covers the whole building. This was extremely disappointing and i think a misleading description.

La verdad que es super recomendable el alojamiento! Ubicacion inmejorable! Habitacion doble super comoda y una atencion espectacular!

Lastima que nuestro balcon que daba a plena gran via no se pudo disfrutar por obras en el frende del edificio
