We had a wonderful 4-night stay at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist us throughout our trip. They helped arrange several activities for us including airport pickup, private tuk-tuk tours around Angkor Wat and the countryside, as well as an Apsara dinner show. Even though our AirAsia flight was delayed for almost 2 hours, the airport pickup driver still patiently waited for us. The room was spacious, comfortable, clean, and came with a nice balcony. We were also satisfied with the hotel facilities and the food served during breakfast. The location was excellent and convenient for exploring Siem Reap, with many attractions nearby.

There was only a small miscommunication regarding a leaking bathroom bidet during our stay. We informed the front desk, but initially there was some confusion as the staff thought the air-conditioner was leaking instead. However, the issue was clarified afterwards and it did not affect our overall experience.
