Close to High Street. Flat was comfortable, well decorated and well equipped.

Entrance and stairwell unwelcoming and poorly kept. Housekeeping failed to leave towels although owner rectified this quickly.

The place was reasonably clean and comfortable, but things let down were some dirty bedding and socks left in the main master room cupboard.

Things let down were some dirty bedding and socks left in the main master room cupboard. Opened food in cupboard and fridge as should have been all cleared. No hand towels, just bath towels provided. It's not ideal for a family of 4. Message sent on day of arrival. No response till late evening day before leaving while out for dinner. No essentials such as fairy liquid or washing detergent all things you think would not be required for travel from home to home. Grill was dirty, too, so ate out. Not a great host when dhen replies received as said will be in touch and after further contacts No reply. Adviser should have mentioned to rectify which we did on day one. Therefore, I will not use it again. Never had in any other rental. Instructions state carparking at rear, but neighbour had 3 vans and said all spaces are his incorrect information when receiving booking.com instructions. Used main carpark. All this highlighted to host but not interested. Need to listen to customers as saving a future complaint from next rental.

Lovely modern apartment. Bed was really comfy.

No parking

Very easy to collect keys from the lock box.

The front door to the building did not have a lock which did not feel safe. Also there was clearly another airbnb below us and the guests were very very noisy, shouting and fighting at one point. Also I forgot my baseball cap and have tried to contact someone to get it posted to me but I have not received a reply. I don't know who I can contact, or if there should be an expectation to receive a reply, considering that there is Booking.com and the owner clearly contracts another company to lease the flat out to booking.com

lovely property once inside. We really liked the interior decor. Very comfortable and fantastic location.

Unfortunately the entrance and stairway were very tired looking. Hand towels would have been good also.

Comfortable and spacious

Really difficult to gain entry to property, poor reception on TV, no instructions on how to use cooker, dirty floor, hair grips scattered around, no reading light in second bedroom,couldn't see in mirrors to shave, dry hair, had to pull beds out to find plug socket and lastly, no toilet paper, basic I know but when it's included in inventory you don't bring any.

great location. clean. perfect for short stay. good size for couple or family of 4. great value. good communication with owner.

Not the most pleasant entry. would benefit greatly with more lighting to enter as round back of barbers, not great if on your own. inside I would only make a few suggestions not major points but easy fixes. A mirror and dressing table to do hair/make up. mirror in hall perhaps. provide more than 1 toilet roll. possibly another chair in living room as not a lot of seating for 4. personally I would do without the table and chairs for a lounge chair.
