Luxury Scandi Inspired 1 Bed Apartment

We just got back and I have to say I give this property 4 1/2 out of 5. Clean, tidy, excellent location (7 mins walk to/from the pier and only 3 mins from the town centre), has almost all you need, fridge, good size freezer, microwave, cooker and hob,,TV, fan, great shower room and lots more. We we very happy with the overall internal offerings. There were a few minor down points, no broom which was much needed also no mop and when you have a mostly open shower it makes a difference, the bed will soon need a new mattress, (may i suggest something like an Emma, durability for the use it gets), however that's all choice, also the airing cupboard in the shower room - it needs shelves to make it more useful. All that aside, we had a fantastic time and yes I would defo stay again and recommend if anybody asks.

The "flat" was clean. Other than that, nothing.

To say that this "flat" is a luxury apartment is definately misleading. It was quite bare, no tv ariel and poor wifi. The building it is in is awful. We entered the building to be greeted by a filthy carpet and staircase with building materials left on the stairs and an unpleasant smell. The street and area is awful with run down social housing filled with asylum seekers. Homeless people everywhere, strip club at the bottom of the street and the noise at night was awful due to drunken people shouting and screaming at eachother. Bournemouth town centre is now a run down dump, an 18yr old was murdered in the town centre square the night before we left and I'm glad to say we won't be returning to this toilet of a town! By the way, the reviews are not just for this property (flat 4). Flat 3 is more spacious and the reviews from flat 3 are also used for flat 4 which we found misleading.

The flat was simple and clean, nice facilities and a very comfy bed.

The shower head doesn’t push water out well, there was no hand soap and the road which this flat is on can get pretty noisy at night on the weekend.

It was lovely how the apartment was right by town. Most activities was accessible by walking including restaurants .The apartment is very cosy and looks lovely. Great access to Uber eats in this location too!The owner is lovely, and responds extremely quick to all phone calls and emails, which is amazing.The apartment also has great Wi-Fi.

The apartment has no parking outside, but this is stated on the booking so it’s okay. It definitely could of been a bit cleaner such as crumbs and dust which did slightly let down the place. Two windows were broken and did not close fully, but was okay because the weather was permitting. Did hurt myself a couple times on a loose screw on the trim of living room door. But these things are all easily fixable.The free parking on dean park road also got us a £25 fine

Had a lovely staycation. The location is fantastic. Very close to a plethora of restaurants and a 5-10 minute walk from the beach.

It would have been nice if there was a parking spot right outside the flat. However, there is a paid car park 1-2 minutes walk from the flat.

The interior is so lovely, it feels homely and warm. The shower is excellent too! Great facilities.

Before entering the apartment, the building and stairs were unsatisfactory. The carpet up the stairs was stained and there was a musty smell. Although the inside of the apartment was excellent, the first impressions of the communal area of the building were well below par. It needs a refurbishment definitely.

Really well presented, very clean and everything was comfortable and worked well. No issues whatsoever. Couldn't really ask for a better location either.
