"This is an excellent hotel."

The room is clean, the staff are friendly, good breakfast and the indoor swimming pool is warm. My kids loves their stay.

No microwave in the room but over all I liked our stay.

Excellent location near the places we needed to visit. Excellent access to I-880. No issues with noise or disturbances.

Lack of curtains to block the parking lot light. Only a very thin veil provided. The restaurant didn't open while we were there . Breakfast was good, but provided only basic fare you might find at a Motel 6.

"Nice hotel but awful customer service"

It’s brand new, very clean

The food service was horrible. Their one and only cook was on a break for an hour and the food they served was terrible…frozen pizza and Caesar salad was not fresh
