Quality Inn & Suites Castle Rock/SW Denver

One manager wasn’t too friendly. Bad attitude.

The staff at the front desk is not so nice. Otherwise, everything is average.

Breakfast was overripe bananas oozing out of their skins. The oranges were wrinkled, brown and shriveled. Cereal, cold hard bagels. No clean tables. No manning of breakfast area. Coffee urns were all splattered with coffee looking very unclean. No maid service even though requested. The maid’s cart was right outside our door when we left but she never came into the room. We did specifically ask at front desk.

Nice hotel. Stayed for one night and the room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the hotel was quiet.

They didn't mention when we made our reservation that we would be on the second floor with no elevator. I asked to be moved and they said they had no first floor available. Thankfully we didn't have anyone disabled in our party, but we had to drag 6 peoples stuff, plus coolers up the stairs. Don’t know what we would have done if we had spneone who couldnt use the stairs..Breakfast we mediocre. No protein options..

Great one night stay.

The hotel was nice and clean. My only disappointment was no where in the entire hotel did they have freezer, not even an employee fridge with a freezer. I have a medical ice pack that I need to freeze. I have traveled all over the world and always have been able to access a freezer either in their kitchen, their break room or the small fridge in the room. I was told by hotel staff I should have called. Note to self don’t stay at a Quality Inn. They don’t have freezers on site.

We stopped here on a longer trip. Was a nice place and had the room we needed. A suite with 4 beds.
