It’s definitely a great place for honeymooners. Peaceful, with private pool and large tub. Service was good. Staff was really friendly. We brought our 3 children there (Sorry for the chaos caused). The tub is so huge that all 3 kids can fit inside. The food from the restaurant taste delicious. It’s slightly on the expensive side but it’s worth the money. This is not a downside. More of managing expectation: Since Lombok is known to be a place of nature, have to expect mosquitoes in the villa.

Everything was wonderful! The view was exceptionally beautiful, and they kindly accommodated our housekeeping request even though it was already 6 pm. The food was also delightful. It would be even better, if the staff were a bit more subtle in promoting their spa services.

Room stay was good and beautiful. Only issue faced was the twin room air con wasn't cold despite rectifying the problem. Breakfast did not have much variety or spread. Would still go back for the stay and convenience.

What a perfect place for couple , the location is outstanding the villa and pool are unbelievable , only one word it is paradise

The hotel itself is beautiful and clean, and the staff is very kind and helpful. Note that the private pools don’t have stairs to get into them, so if you have a mobility impairment you can’t get in or out. The breakfasts are good, but we were served avocado toast with brown avocado that tasted past due. The restaurant food is excellent. The reason for the poor review is that while enjoying our pool late in the afternoon, me and my spouse start noticing thick white smelly smoke, which was actually an employee that was spraying TOXIC pesticides with a gas powered smoke machine. Because of the wind, our whole villa was submerged in this smoke, and while we seeked refuge inside, the villas are made with non-sealed windows,doors and roofs, so we could still smell the smoke inside. They apparently do this once per week so just hope you’re not there when it happens.

Great place for relaxing time, especially with sunset. Staffs are very kind and helpful.
