"Un séjour parfait"

Nous y avons passé 5 nuits. L'hôtel est super bien situé. La chambre est spacieuse, très propre et confortable. L'onsen au 11ème étage est super, que ce soit mon copain ou moi on a énormément apprécié. Il y a énormément de petites attentions pour combler le séjour : pyjama et chaussons de l'hôtel, sèche cheveux au top dans l'onsen femmes, bar à shampoing dans l'onsen femmes, produits de beauté dans l'onsen (et tout le nécessaire dans la chambre !), boissons gratuites de 18h à 23h, ramens offerts de 21h30 à 23h, glaces offertes au 11ème étage, ménage quotidien inclus dans la chambre (il faut en faire la demande sur le boîtier de la carte en chambre où à l'accueil). Les employés sont tous adorables, la communication est très facile, certains parlent anglais, et sinon googles traductions et ça se passe très bien ! 😁 On a eu que du positif pendant ce séjour. P.S. : si vous avez des tattoos, vous pouvez utiliser l'onsen, il faut juste leur demander des patchs, ils les fournissent gratuitement. 😊

駅前で温泉に入れる事に満足感があります。 温泉に入る際、更衣場前にスリッパを脱ぐ決まりですが、スリッパを履いたままでいた客に対して若いスタッフさんがちゃんと声掛けして諭しておられました。スタッフの教育が行き届いていると感じた瞬間でした。
