Location and so, so clean!

The bed was firmer than I am used to. The room is small, but expected. The room was so clean and well laid out, it didn't really matter the size.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. Shower chair was greatly appreciated

Bed was 32" tall...impossible for a wheelchair bound person to get into. Staff couldn't assist with a step or anything. It would have been a liability. We asked for a different higher chair and that was a liability. My daughter brought her chair from next door. Toilet was only 18".. my husband bought bricks and made a stairway for me to get into bed
