Right on the beautiful beach of khanom. Great food, amazing margaritas and lovely staff. Very comfortable bungalows.

I booked 2 bungalows one for the kids and one for us. Ours was closest to the bar and next I would book one far back just for more privacy. Maybe more options for breakfast, like pancakes.

The accommodation at Margarita Beach is great. It has exactly the right balance of character and modern convenience. The food is on the pricier side but the quality is there - I doubt it's possible to have a bad meal here. We certainly didn't. The beach location is great, and nearby Khanom town is a proper normal functioning Thai town, so it's possible to get away from the 'tourist thing' if you want (unlike, say, nearby Koh Samui or Phangan) and have some proper Thai cuisine. I'd recommend considering hiring a motorbike, which you can do for a price from the accommodation. If you like dogs, this place is a dream. There's a lovely community of adorable pups hanging about the place that will keep you entertained and in good company.

The constant piped muzak/elevator music puts a real downer on things. It permeates the accommodation area, the restaurant/bar and even the beach.We didn't come to Thailand to listen to bad Western pop music. The birds and the waves will do just fine. Earbuds were invented so that people could enjoy their own bad taste in music without invading other people's peace. We asked for it to be turned off when we were the only guests on site, but the request was refused.

This place is pure perfection. I have been travelling in Thailand for 4 weeks and this is by far the most special place I have stayed. This level of hospitality, welcome and attention to detail is very very rare indeed. I can see why Margarita Beach has gotten such an iconic reputation. The beach is lovely and the area is picturesque and peaceful. Much love to Dan , his family and staff for making this place so so special.

Unterkunft direkt am Strand und die Bambus Hütten sind sehr gemütlich. Wir hatten die Familienhütte die für 6 Personen total ausreichend war. Kleiner Kühlschrank und eine AC ist auch vorhanden. Service und Essen sind ebenfalls sehr gut. Es gibt auch Liegen mit Sonnenschirm am Strand. Strand und Wasser waren sehr sauber. Es gibt Hunde welche zur Unterkunft gehören diese sind aber total lieb und halten sich auch absolut im Hintergrund und sind gar nicht aufdringlich.

I love this place! Great atmosphere, people and food! Cant recommend this place enough. The staff and owners are amazing and very friendly! Helping you with what ever you need!
