Great location

Third time staying at the hotel £10.00 early check-in is a joke, and charged for two days parking, this is my third stay at this hotel in less than twelve months has muddy my views on staying here again.

The water is softened making showers and shaving a delight. Really good location.

The property is very nicely looked anfter and finished to a very high spec. The staff were very professional and friendly. The hotel is perfectly situated in Richmond and is close to everything. The only downside was to discover that it costs £20 per night to park the car! However the cost of the hotel was reasonable so not a disaster. I would definitely recommend this hotel and hope to return soon.

Everything was perfect. Breakfast staff really sweet and helpful.

The room wasn't clean. There was pubes in the shower door The sink wasn't cleaned The floor ripped my sock. The coffee machine only had 2/4 coffee pods. The staff on entrance were really friendly.

A very good independent hotel. Stylish lobby and main areas. Very good room. All recently renovated very well. Good value. Close to the station and river.

Excellent hotel. Wonderful & attentive staff, well appointed rooms, and very walkable location. Will definitely be back.

beautiful place and a good location

A great stay with excellent staff. The only downsides were the TV not working and WiFi not connecting to our phones (laptop was fine though). We would stay again.
