That it had a kitchenette

Wasn't to clean,housekeeping never came by,was dirt on the floor and some mystery stains on the sheets also they didn't give me back a partial refund I only stayed 5/10 nights I was there they said for me to contact booking.com but I paid cash doesn't make sense owner didn't really seem to fond to communicate.

There was no coffee pot in the room. The floor had not been swept or mopped. There were dirty clothes in the dresser left by previous guest. I believe the web sight stated continental breakfast, there was none. And of all things check in and all dealings was with someone in another country via a kiosk!
