"Not as perfect as usual"

I love arriving there. It is my go to place in Santa Cruz

This time around there were serveral issues. First room they gave us was moldy. They did inmediately change it! The person at the desk (although did his job) could have been more polite. He was brusque whenever we talked to him or asked him something . A definite change from Other times, where desk clerks were attentive and courteous. I will still stay there.
