Pros: Good location, Spacious apartment, comfortable beds, super clean, great view of mountains from window, nice pinewood smell throughout apartment. Check in instructions were simple and easy to follow. Good that they provide the option to store luggages before the room is ready. Cons: No elevator. There's also a bar directly below, it could get a slightly noisy at night if your windows are open. But great experience!

Parking was available if searched but suggest parking in garage.

Although the hotel is quaint, very convenient, and spacious, the hotel does not have an elevator, the rooms do not have televisions, the beds are about two feet off the ground, and the hotel does not have on-site guest services. At 60 years of age, it's becoming more of a challenge for my wife and I to haul our luggage up two flights of stairs. Also, climbing in and out of a bed that's only two feet off the ground was not comfortable. The communication between Rene, property manager, was very helpful but this is not a hotel I would ever stay at again if other options are available. The hotel is very proud of it's "green" and "minimalist" commitments but that's just not for my wife and I. I'm sure many others will find it just what they are looking for.

Beautifully refurbished minimalist stay, only problem was that there was only 1 pillow and a single duvet on the double bed and no reception area for me to ask for additional. I also needed to book a taxi and couldn’t because no reception. I ended up walking to train station to catch a taxi to the airport

Short walk from train station, large spacious room, perfect for our family of 5. Comfortable beds, nice shower, well equipped kitchen. The only thing we would have liked was a small table for eating. We would stay here again!

Great location, about 10 minute walk to historic city center, close to many bus lines (free if you stay more than 3 nights, with the 'welcome pass' provided) and the train station. recently renovated so rooms in great condition: small but functional (small kitchenette with cooking unit and fridge, well equipped). tastefully but minimally decorated, rain shower being the main splurge of luxury. stores and restaurants nearby. the mattress on the platform bed is soft and thin, so had to switch with the kids to spend the rest of the trip on the sofa bed. onsite caretaker is responsive, but note this is not a full hotel w/ reception and the like: inquiries are handled remotely from a parent hotel in the vicinity of Innsbruck. we were told the front door is locked late at night (keycode/card access) but it was never when we returned, even at times the adjacent cafe that shares the building was closed. all in all, met our needs for family of 4 to explore the city for a few days.

The property is very newly remodelled but in a beautiful old building. The apartment is spacious and well thought out. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped.

Beautiful new clean place. Great location in town to walk to everything. Able to leave our luggage in a luggage room after check out and use a code to get it later. Owner very nice and accommodating. Would definitely stay here again.
