Location was ideal for us and property was very comfortable and clean. The tea/coffee and breakfast food provided was very helpful. The kitchen was well equipped.

Very comfortable. Just what we needed for a couple of nights away. Breakfast (cereal, toast ,coffee etc) was provided which was nice. Parking was very easy.

The boiler was temperamental at first which left us without hot water. However, communication was good and staff came quickly to sort it out. We also couldn't control the underfloor hearing - this may have been a user error and to be fair we didn't raise it with the staff. It would be good to have a manual explaining a couple of things in the flat.

Nice furniture, amenities, location, kind staff and very spacious. They had welcome food which made the stay very pleasant.

When we arrived, there was quite a lot of fallen hair on the pillows in one of the bedrooms. This made me question whether or not the beddings were changed after the previous guests have stayed in. It would be seriously unsanitary if my doubts were true.

My partner and I have a very relaxing stay , it’s close to shops restaurant and bars a couple of minutes walks , So if your looking gorgeous a good stay that you feel like home

Very clean, comfortable, the added touches of snacks, cereal, orange juice, nice toiletries really added to the whole ambience. Most definitely recommend

Coffee maker didn’t work, bathroom drains were dirty, silicon shower sealant near door was black

The person we collected the keys from was 35 minutes late Bed was ok but not that comfy, would not describe this apartment as being a luxury accommodation
