White Hills Resort

Property is very nice, but Buffet and Restaurants need a lot of improvement. Food quality not that good.

We had a memorable experience at the luxurious White Hills within Posh Club, where outstanding service and dedicated staff made our stay truly unforgettable. Our heartfelt thanks go out to everyone, from eveyone at the posh club and also at the buffet service restaurant including the chefs, to the friendly drivers of the mini golf bus, to the kind and attentive butler Ahmed. Special recognition to the new club manager, Samir, the enthusiastic young staff at breakfast including Ramandan and Abdulhman, they are providing a high level of attention at same level a palace hotel in some of the best hotels in the worlds. Thank you to the incredible yoga teacher, Iulia, who is very talented. The animation team was very cool, bringing fun to the luxe environment, you can tell they also love their jobs , surpassing even the renowned Club Med in Europe. A shoutout to Mohamed, the talented bartender at Posh Club, always ready to bring you something special and it’s open 24/7. We loved our junior swim up room, makes the trip even more special. The impeccable service, fantastic facilities, and delicious, fresh food truly make this place a dream destination.

Choosing White Hills for our stay was an excellent decision, and we are eager to share our positive experience. From the moment we arrived, the hospitality and warmth of your staff stood out. Mina at the front desk deserves special mention for his exceptional assistance and welcoming demeanour. His professionalism and attention to detail ensured a smooth and delightful check-in experience. The highlight of our stay, however, was the Posh Club upgrade. The additional amenities and luxurious offerings provided an unparalleled level of comfort and sophistication. I thoroughly enjoyed the exclusive perks, making my stay truly memorable. The attention to detail in the Posh Club was commendable, and it undoubtedly added an extra layer of luxury to the overall experience. I would like to extend my sincere gratitude to Louela, the Posh Club manager, for her accommodating attitude and dedication to ensuring we had a wonderful stay. Her commitment to delivering top-notch service did not go unnoticed, and it truly contributed to the overall positive impression of White Hills Resort. Wael, Muhammed, and Mina really took care of me. They made sure all my concerns were addressed. They made the extra efforts to make sure the room was decorated nicely. A special thank you also goes out to Mahane the Golf Cart driver. All these individuals made sure my experience at the hotel was amazing. They provided me with great customer service and I truly appreciate all their efforts. Additionally the food and drinks served at the hotel were equally as good, with a lot of options and varieties to choose from. This is one of the most beautiful and aesthetically pleasing hotels I have stayed at. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family.

The beach has direct access to the sea with a few ladders, and corals are as good as you can see on very deserted areas, with full of sardines, trevally and even some barracudas were there. It was not so crowded during our stay so doing freediving and scuba was great, we had a very good scuba instructor (Shawky) and the staff was very talented at the diving center. While booking it was stated as breakfast included but they serve as all inclusive property and drinks, dinner, lunch and snacks are all included. There are many different pools and bars, A La Carte restaurants that you can try both international and local cuisines. Sun beds are very efficient and block the sun from your face, early checkin option, airport shuttle and a warm welcoming despite arriving there very late and welcome drinks at the reception was great.

The resort was nice and very clean. Service was okay, but was quite up to what it should have been. Several restaurants included in all inclusive price, but it was suggested to make a reservation for all of them except the main dining hall (we were seated quickly without one). The main dining area had a lot of food options, but majority of food was sitting under heat lamps in. They have an app where you can make reservations among other things. They also had a couple of pools and one adult only infinity pool. There was pageant activities going on while we were there and people were asked to move from the adults only pool area to accommodate them something that the property should have divulged on check in. They had lots of sitting areas on the beach, beach activities (stretching,darts, etc), and excursions available for additional purchase. Golf carts could be called from bus stops and used to get around (stops could use some shade). Overall stay was nice, but probably wouldn’t go back especially given the price vs the service provided.

This is a great resort with the exceptional service by all staff members. The only negative was a relatively poor food selection, compared to all other all-inclusive resorts that I'd visited before.
