Not a quiet place. To much noice inside and outside

The property had minimal essentials stocked even basic items like toilet paper were lacking. The living room sofa was extremely dirty; we had to cover it ourselves just to sit on it, which was quite unpleasant. There was also no coffee maker, which is a basic amenity. We communicated these issues to the owner, who mentioned sending someone while we were out, but after that, we received no further response and the issues remained unresolved.

My main concern is not able to exchange towels more frequently than every 48 hours. Also, it would be nice to have the apartment cleaned at least once in every 48 hours. Everything else I like about the apartment.

Viajamos en familia y la estadía fue muy agradable. Go living es un edificio muy amigable y bien diseñado para una estadía corta, cuenta con servicio de mini-Market con cosas básicas, máquinas dispensadoras de bebidas y un área muy espaciosa y agradable de cafetería, gym, mesa de Ping-pong. El edificio cuenta con personal de seguridad, esta ubicado en la parte baja del barrio Poblado, sector tranquilo, céntrico en la ciudad debes desplazarte en vehículo, 5 minutos en carr o a la estación de metro y al centro comercial Santa Fe, 8 minutos en carro a Provenza, Aprox 1 hora del aeropuerto, más o menos Hora y medio en vehículo al Retiro, 2 horas de Guatape. Escogí una habitación con cama doble y 2 camas sencillas, contaba con una mini cocina para resolver un desayuno. Afuera contaba con máquinas de lavado y secado. Para ser perfecto podrían considerar renovar toallas y almohadas, colocar toalla o tapete de piso y mantener limpieza de la pared junto a la cama sencilla.

A decent property that needs a bit more organization when it comes to the front desk staff. I'm still unclear why tourists are required to register in advance and then have to still wait 20-30 minutes for all of the info they've provided previously to be typed up by front desk staff. This is extremely frustrating and inefficient for guests. The room was spacious but there were some floor boards that were coming loose. The safe was super small. Only big enough for you to fit a wallet and some jewelry. They converted the balcony into additional storage space which is a plus for those who need lots of storage. The rooms are well insulated from noise and have windows which can be opened. It's a short walk from the Santa Fé mall, which is another plus.

Very nice and centrally located. The building was very nice and very friendly staff. Had a small store, cafe and gym. There was a small laundry room in the hallway with coin operated washer and dryer. The room was large, comfortable with a small build-in kitchen, and a beautiful view (14th floor). Great communication with the administration via WhatsApp. Really Nice!!!
