The location is outstanding, centrally located. Walking distance to mall and metro station. Amenities in the appartment could do better. Co working space and restaurant wer good.

Convenient area was good. Bed was hard. No safe. No hair dryer. No extra paper towels or toilet paper. Very noisy room... Could not sleep for traffic noise. Coffee maker not so clean.

The staff was friendly, the room was clean and exactly like on the picture from the website. My only remark is that the floor in the hallway is completely broken and it gives a bad look!!!

my reservation didn’t include the room service, that I did not like. All 8 days without cleanind the room. Communication the best.

The place needs some care. Floor in the hall is falling apart. No basic supplies like paper towels or towels.

It’s my second time staying here and I absolutely love it. It has become my home in Medellin.

It had cockroaches in the kitchen & bathroom.

First of all I would like to say that the only reason I’m putting this review is for the owner to consider making this place a better place. The checking process is a nightmare they send you a lot of emails asking for registration. Then they send you a lot of tex messages asking for the same and a link to register where they ask for information I have never given in any place I have stayed before. Having done that when you get to the place the reception does the exact same thing again. So you don’t really know where the information is going. Is really stressful. Also you won’t have towels if arrive at 4 pm. The bring them at around 8pm with a lame excuse. They don’t answer immediately if you have a complaint and the guy that brings the keys is very impolite. In General this could be a very good location but they make it unpleasant for no reason at all.
