Residence Praslinoise

First of all I'd like mention that the host is amazing -very kind and friendly woman. She can recommend best places and activities not only in Praslin but in La Digue and Mahe. She even helped us very much with car rent in La Digue. The room was very clean. The kitchen and bathroom were good equipped. I highly recommend this place. And the location is perfect.

We had an upgrade due to our special occasion and this is much appreciated. It was the only property that did that throughout our stay in seychelles

There is a lot space of improvement when it comes to hospitality and people's behavior when they deal with guests. The only person who was smily saying goodmorning everyday was the houseman. The owner is really helpful when you ask her to arrange something for you but overall we are not satisfied enough

very nice and clean property, nicely furnished and equiped kitchen. staff very nice and polite, helped us with everything (eg Georgetta beach booking) and gave advice on all we needed. I had a birthday during our stay and Maryvonne surprised me with flowers and nicely decorated bed with flower petals, it was just amazing! thank you for everything, we enjoyed our stay a lot!

The room was well set, clean and welcoming. Swimming pool availability just in the middle of the residence was ideal, parent can watch over their kids at all time.

I cannot lie, they are doing great.

Awful experience with this hotel in April, 2023 While staying for one night in this accommodation in Praslin, we got robbed in the family suite (no.6). This happened during the night, while my kids and the two of us were sleeping inside the apartment. When considering that the premise was secured with a locked gate and wires, it is unacceptable for someone to break into a guest’s room, and the hotel to do nothing about this event. We cannot emphasize how unsafe we felt in the morning when all of our cash was missing (two different currencies) despite us locking all of the doors/windows and having our valuables hidden away. The stuff tried to blame this event on us, despite it being their job to ensure our safety as paying guests. While trying to have ask for assistance from their management team, we were met with indifference. They were rather unresponsive, with only one the middle manager getting in touch with us offering us a voucher for less than 20% of loss to eat in restaurant from Mahe owned by the management. After that, they never got back to us, despite saying they will review what happened.
