The view from the balcony was nice, the washing machine very useful and the whole apartment huge. The management sent maintenance immediately after I reported a problem.

The towels were of the very fuzzy sort, contact lense users will know the problem. A rag for dish washing and the info which kind of capsules the coffee machine needs would also come in handy.

The apartment had kitchen, good size living room with tv and good view balcony.

It was freezing cold, floors were dirty so had to mop them myself, electricity was a problem as we cannot run two devices at a time eg kettle and microwave will not work together, it will trip the mains board. Open wall sockets with visible cables not safe man. Staff did not reply when we asked for heater had to visit their office to chase it up.

Location was good ands the appartment was a large size.

It felt very cold and damp. The floors were soaking wet when we arrived. The patio sliding door did not lock and were told it would be repaired but wasnt the whole week. The hallway light broke and was repaired on second attempt as no show from workman on first occasion.

10 mins walk from old town. Very quiet very comfortable. Very clean. Hosts were very helpful via text

2 sets of keys would have been good

Sockets extremely dangerous, kettle put trip switch off, toaster and hairdryer going to fire. No aircon, evacuated 1030am and no luggage room or shower and we weren't leaving till 9pm that night

Accommodation was fine for the price, place was clean and close enough to the old town centre.

Staff were rude and unhelpful. We had trouble getting the keys and it took three phone calls (where I was hing up on each time) to be told that the info was on whatsapp, not booking.com chat where all other communications had happened. Having to deal with the woman on the phone is the reason I would recommend against booking this place.
