Modernized, clean, friendly staff, good AC

There was construction going on 10-5. No one offered to help us with the luggage. 15-20 minutes from downtown Midyat, not 5, as we were told.

Good location with a parking lot

Definitely not a 4 star hotel. The room was too small, which is a shame considering how wide are the shared spaces. Some equipment were broken or ripped (see pictures attached)

Exceptional! Super clean, new, quiet, very stylish decorated, spacious, comfortable big bed and nice shower. Big and beautiful swimming pool, hamam, excellent rich breakfast! Staff was very welcoming! It is a little bit outside the city, but if you travel by car it is more positive point then negative. It is seen that A little bit of construction is still undergoing in some places the hotel, but it does’t bother us at all. Definitely recommend

Everything was just fine. Reception manager helped to solve the problem with payments. A wish to the hotel manager: In such a nice hotel paper cups in the room do not look respectable! Simple ceramic mugs both look better and safer when drinking hot drinks!

We have not found any shortcomings

Schönes hotel, auch sauber und nettes Personal. Ausstattung gehoben, Kleinigkeiten haben etwas gestört. Wc sitz nicht fest, duschbrause leicht defekt. Dennoch empfehlenswert und würde es wieder buchen.

Very good and clean hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The bed is also comfortable. Good an healthy breakfast. The hotel is very quite.

A bit far from the centre of Midyat, and completely isolated. The A/c is positioned in a way that the air hits the head while one is in bed. There are some additional accessories that could be installed to direct the air towards another direction.
