The room was so lovely and the bed extremely comfortable

Rooms were very clean and modern. Large comfortable beds. Washing machine was handy but took 4hours to complete wash and dry.

Room had windows that you couldn't see out of (no view or natural light)Only opened a small crack facing a building. Room was dark with no natural light. No tea or coffee in rooms

Absolutely fantastic option for our family of four with two teenagers - I almost swapped our booking for something closer to the peace park but so glad we didn’t! It’s a short walk to the top end of the Hondori Shopping street, and a taxi is only 1200yen to most places so we used them a lot. So much space in the room, the bunk beds allowed each of us to have our own private space to relax in. We were fortunate to be on the top floor and had an incredible view out over the city and towards the mountains. Very helpful staff. The washing machine in the room was also excellent and they provide power capsules - it’s really not that hard to operate if you take some photos with google translate, but they apparently do offer instructions at the front desk if you need them. We had to extend the drying cycle, and it was easy enough to figure out by ourselves.

The air conditioning didn’t come with any translation or guide, so that was hard to get it to the right temperature and settings to suit us.

New hotel in Hiroshima. The room was spotless,

ac seemed not designed properly for the room.it took hours to get to cool the room down. There is no luggage storage space in the hotel and when we arrived just 1 h before the official check in time - 14:00 - we met many luggages left unattended in the lobby and closed self check in/out machines. After a long day travel, it just felt unwelcoming to be met by nobody in what seems to be a nice hotel.
