"Service stinks!"

Totally ticked. Two issues. I arrived at 2 am and was awakened by housekeeping at 8:45am. Not happy! I made a reservation through the Hilton app using my Hilton credit card (to get the points). When I checked in they charged a different card $25 for incidentals (that would be later refunded). They put the cost of this on this other credit card - I get no points. I won’t be going back.
