Bon rapport qualité-prix Personnel très avenant et professionnel Excellent petit-déjeuner Chambre spacieuse et très correcte

Ma chambre donnait sur des gros chantiers d'amenagement tournant 24/24. Je sais que l'hôtel n'y est pour rien, mais se faire réveiller à 2h du matin par les marteaux piqueurs, ce n'est pas agréable. Si vous réservez demandez une chambre au calme qui ne donne pas sur le chantier.

The friendliness of staff

Too much noise from the street. Most electronic/tech things were half working, including the credit card POS machine which didn’t work when we checked out. They let us go, thinking the payment went through but didn’t, so they sent the driver over again and asked us to pay cash, which we had to take from the atm.

Lovely ambience, nice breakfast, great collection of books to browse, great view of city from roof..Very friendly and welcoming staff

The endless soccer matches on big screen in restaurant with nobody watching. This is an opportunity to showcase the best of Uganda nature..Lake Victoria, Rwenzori Mountains, gorillas etc. Also, 1970's jaded British pop or modern boy band muzak is very off-putting. Again, please showcase the best of African music: Salif Keita, Rokia Traore, Bombino, Ondare etc.
