The hotel is absolutely excellent & the staff and service were amazing. Breakfast was so good, dinner options were very good, lovely restaurant setting,Afternoon Tea could be so much better they don’t offer much sandwich only three finger sandwiches and two little cakes initially you have to ask for more. The room with plunge pool was fantastic inside very dark outside from tree growth. A lot of people in the main pool not sure if cold or heated. Good location and shuttle buggy to Le Brisa Beach Club and back is excellent.

Like many hotels you buy the best room with a pool but cannot use the pool because it’s too cold because they aren’t heated and don’t get the sun. Then they have lots of trees and brushes blocking the sun so you really pay more to just look at a pool of water outside the window. I especially wanted to use the pool hence paying for the best room but the plunge pool was too cold to get in so a complete waste of money having the pool room.

Nothing only leaving !

Si vous voulez vous sentir comme un prince et une princesse dans votre petit palais, cet hôtel particulier est fait pour vous. Tout est tiré à quatre épingles, le moindre détail est soigné et travaillé , la chambre est très belle, impeccable avec une très jolie décoration. La piscine grande et claire. La restauration est digne d un grand restaurant étoilé. Bravo au chef. Le personnel est à vos petits soins tout en restant discret. Le spa est très bien également. Le lieu est calme, apaisant et est une vraie cure de bien être. Il ne faut pas hésiter une seule seconde et essayer cet endroit magnifique. Merci à tout le personnel, à Ngurah (hôtel manager) qui brille par sa gentillesse et aux propriétaires pour ce concept totalement réussi. La très bonne surprise de nos vacances.

Je vais chipoter forcément car tout est excellent dans cet hôtel. Un peu trop d excès de vieux standards de la chanson française à la piscine qui tourne en boucle. Une petite parenthèse lounge fut très appréciée le 2e jour…
