"Superb"

Great hotel, it was clean and spacious. Really enjoyed the pool area and Rawai itself is lovely although I would say you need a moped to get around as it’s an hour and a half walk from the closest beach.

Only thing which wasn’t ideal was feeling like the staff was trying to get us out as quickly as possible on checkout today and the fact you can only get one key and the door automatically locks itself with nobody on site in the evening.

"Gorgeous setting, comfy bed, friendly staff."

We had a room with pool access and it was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful, we arrived late in the evening and I was still able to contact them and they got us checked in. I would recommend renting a bike to get around the area.

Perfect location for training at sinbi muay thai which is literally a 3minute walk or something, very clean great friendly staff, the on site laundry service was amazing, cannot fault the place and will definitely use again

Location was good. Staff were super helpful!

Dirty, run down, damaged facilities. Doesn’t look like they put any money into the upkeep of their property. Our first room was so bad we asked for another which they were able to give us luckily. It was a minor improvement but still we regretted booking at this accommodation. Showers that didn’t work, no hot water, a very loud aircon unit, etc.

Quite relaxing spot, nice pool, lovely staff. Can drop your laundry off to them in the morning and it’s done by the afternoon. Great little cafe around the corner called Ma Long Ta that we went to everyday for lunch.

Our shower had mould on the ledge next to it, and the room had some general wear and tear. The outdoor furniture on the balconies and the pool chairs are pretty worn down but still useable. Not deal breakers, we still enjoyed our stay 😊
