Good rooms and staff

Under 10kms to the airport but with traffic can take anything from 30-90 minutes Construction work on the building opposite meant the pavement outside was muddy however staff was excellent and rooms a/c and bathroom facilities were good For the price it must the best bargain hotel in Chennai at 2000 rupees a night

Quiet residential area

The staff are polite, professional and generally respond quickly to any requests. The room was spacious enough for a couple of nights, and everything was clean when we arrived. The wifi worked well enough for me to have video calls for work. The water pressure from the shower was good, and they provided sufficient toiletries. The check in process was smooth for me and my colleague and we didn't experience any disturbances during our stay.

The AC in my room wasn't working when I had checked in. They fixed this later, but it could have been checked earlier. Overall, I'd also say this place is a bit more expensive than other hotels in the same area.

Nothing

No Cleanliness, floor was dirty, bed was dirty, old shampoo/toothbrush/towel were in the bathroom, sink was dirty, floor was so dirty that the feet became dark. There was a lot of disturbance at night.
