Cleanliness and convenient location, availability of a garage for a car.

The apartment is clean and conveniently located. But there were few things we didn't like. 1) The description gave the wrong address and we circled around to find this house. 2) The heating is very strange - during the day and in the evening, when we returned from skiing, it was very cold and uncomfortable. The heating turned on several times at night - it was hot and you had to open the windows. 3) We don't really understand why it is necessary to remove from the kitchen everything that previous tenants usually leave in the apartments - for example, salt, sugar, oil, etc. There is nothing in the apartment - that is, having arrived for a couple of days, we had to buy these basic products that are not needed in such quantities. Would be nice to have such a `welcome box` with basic stuff at the kitchen

Great location, equipped kitchen, nice mountain view. Parking in a garage.

Bed was little bit uncomfortable, couch in kitchen was almost impossible to sit on.

Location

Dirty apartment. We planned to stay 4 days but due to illness we had to leave a day early. Asking whether they are ok to shorten the stay and give us a return for the last day, they said they'd love to help, but because reservation was done through booking, not much they can do. After a short chat with booking, booking was perfectly fine with shortening the stay and reimbursing us. However, the host was not, citing "5 day prior cancellation policy". As this was not a cancellation, the only takeaway I have is they were initially dishonest and did not want to reimburse us at all. Bad way of doing business.
