PICNIC7- PICTURE PERFECT PICNIC POINT

Location

Having the pickup and drop off for the keys a 30 minute round trip from the premises is not good. 3 page instruction sheet did not tell me where the carpark entry was (in another street), there was no name of the place on the instruction sheet (its not Picnic 7), I was given a remote control for the garage door that had been turned off a month before. Several phone calls back and forth trying to get information to access building.

Loved the space, and facilities

The very small hit water system in the apartment. Advertised as a hot tub but was just a spa.

Location. Unit had everything that we needed..

Mooloolaba Holidays check in. Receptionist was not very informative Could not access under cover car park which was very disappointing

Is a little walk to restaurants

Spacious apartment with big verandah and lovely view of the river.

Little bit of a walk to cafes, shops etc. but quite manageable all the same. Website stated check out was by 10 am but email from management stated we need to hand in key to their office in Mooloolaba before 10 am or face risk of loosing bond. It wasn’t a dealbreaker for us but would have appreciated consistent information regarding arrangements.

Very comfortable, close to the water,lovely view

Very noisy for 2 full days with jackhammers going, very noisy we had to go out, could even hear it if you went to to beach. Didn’t like having to go all the way into the Wharf to pick up the key on a public holiday, & then having to take the keys back again on a Saturday it is a very very busy precinct, no where to park etc

Perfect location for us me to get the kids to the Maroochydore Football grounds. Central to the beach and a great spot plus exceptional unit.

Nothing to write about as we were all very happy staying here, plus the kids loved the pool to relax in. 10/10 from me . Love to stay again in the future again with the kids .
