Sehr schönes Ambiente und Unterkunft. Wellnessbereich sehr verwinkelt und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Service im Wellnessbereich fällt etwas. Essen und Verpflegung sehr gut ! Wunderbares Frühstück- alles was das Herz begehrt. Sehr schönes Winterlandschaft.

Das Wellnesshotel Bollants hat Stil und Charme! Leider hatten zwei der drei Restaurants während unseres Aufenthaltes geschlossen. In dem geöffneten Restaurant blieb sowohl die Auswahl der Gänge und die Qualität der Speisen leider hinter unseren Erwartungen zurück.

Es gab nichts auszusetzen, kann die vielen negativen Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Einzigst die Erreichbarkeit der Rezption vor Ankunft ist eine Katastrophe und nicht nachvollziehbar, weder per Mail noch per Telefon. Da muss dringend nachgebessert werden.
