pool and ambience at beach side was good

I am not a person who likes to post negative review but I couldn’t resist myself in posting this review. First of all I asked the person Vincenzo to share location on WhatsApp and he sent google location which was wrong and when we reached at location we couldn’t find the place and o repeatedly ask him to share WhatsApp location which he failed to share and at end shared picture of location. Eventually figured out location after half an hour of driving around. Second shock we received when we reached there as manager told us that he will give us first floor of villa whereas the pic of deluxe villa didn’t mention the floors there and while booking we thought that whole of villa was for us as the pics shared by property fooled us. Third shock we got when we entered the so called villa that ac of one bedroom was not working and there was no ac in living room. Fridge was not cooling enough and microwave was also not working. Practically we had just one bedroom as ac of only one room was working. Managed bluntly refused to help us saying that he can’t do anything for us. I felt cheated for first time in my life after travelled over 50 countries. When we asked if we chose some other property and he would refund the money for which he denied any refund. Last day manager came with technician to fix the AC . We felt really cheated by the properly

Breakfast

Everything,The place is very clean and quiet . We had an amazing view of the ocean from the Balcony ,staff were nice and helpful,shout out to Abass,Nyemo and Cosmos, we had an amazing vacation. I’ll recommend this place

Nice quiet place

The location was on the beach and we had excellent view of the ocean from the balcony from our beachfront rooms. The rooms were very comfortable and the view and the pool were excellent. The breakfast was very good and the staff very friendly.

The villa was very clean and spacious with cleaners coming in every morning. Had full aircon, hot water and good wifi.

The shower drainage could improve. More pots abs pans for the kitchen

Everything!!!! The location is great. Quit place.. the food was excellent .. cleaning was awesome the room was amazing and the stuff and all the workers in the hotel was very very good people. Because of this place our vacation was wow !!!

There is no something that we didn’t like

Place was excellent. Nice rooms, very clean with sea view. Food in restaurant was good and reasonably priced, although you can find cheaper. I had a car so distances to various places was not an issue, otherwise would have to use taxi to reach other restaurants.

Liked the facilities, Daniel was a great host, right on the beach. I ate at their restaurant Geo Zanzibar which was lovely

The shower and the location, a little outside Jambiani but certainly perfect for families.
