The apartment wasn’t cleaned from the guests prior to me. Had to wait for cleaners to come . The roof was leaking water and there was just a bowl on the floor catching it. They said they would send someone to fix it but never did. I asked for more towels and linen since I was a long stay but they asked for $30 euro . Bought coffee pods only for the machine to not work, the light in the shower is broken so it’s tricky for people with low vision. Also mold on the shower floor. It’s genuinely a nice location and decent apartment but the service and upkeep is pretty bad . Especially with the amount I paid. I wouldn’t complain if it was cheaper .

The AC didn’t work for our entire 10 day stay, it was broken before we arrived and had maintenance scheduled for the third day. They came but couldn’t fix it and needed to come back, told us they would be back day 4. Day 4 we got a message that they would fix it on day 5 but they never appeared, I asked Altido when they will arrive but I never got any confirmation. To sum it up no one came and fixed the AC during our 10 day stay.
