Live Roaches in bath tub - qty of 3 st different times Grounds were overgrown Bed did not sleep well nor was it comfortable

Very well kept property and convenient to the spring.

Nice remodeled room but the toilet was clogged every time we flushed and the the big gap on the bottom of the front door I did let front desk know about when i checked.

This is a clean, quiet, very well maintained property, with large rooms, and comfortable, high quality beds. The large shaded outdoor sitting area is a bonus. The staff is courteous and always available. It's good to know individual owners are saving these better quality motor courts, and that this travel experience is being saved for the future. I highly recommend this property.

The property is very much upgraded from the prior owner years ago. The grounds and room were well cared for.

The hotel was in the process of renovation. No breakfast was offered. The price was rather high for the services offered.
