The beds where comfortable.

Lock box entry was diabolical! No code sent, from booking.com. had to call was told key code sent i never received it! Stood outside freezing for 20 mins by the time someone finally picked up the phone! The front door lock was a nightmare! Could not unlock at times or lock! Oven could not get on, it took three of us to work it out.sofas to small for four people! And uncomfortable. Traffic noise was bad so loud! And heating same problem was problematic to use! No cupboard space to store shopping! Was clean only bonus...would never book again, steep stairs, dodgy not say in description! And bannister, it totally inadequate, so felt unsafe desending! I would like a partial refund, as I left on 1st night booked for two! Left friends there! I could not handle the stairs and the noise level from traffic..never would I book this again, great for young people maybe, but I'm 64.. It totally ruined my break away!!! 2 stars at the most, hallway floor to bedrooms is in need of repair, also hallway floor to stairs, and walks need a makeover!

Perfect for three of us. Kitchen just the right size and the sitting/dining room suites us perfectly. Bedrooms spacious and ever so comfortable beds.

The confusion over departure times. The folder in the apartment clearly stated "Check out by 10:30" so we had planned and made arrangements based on that, but then, on the morning, I get a text message moving departure forward to 10. NOT very user friendly.

Great spot, loads of room, all amenities. Nice and modern Cakes and biscuits given by host and the kitchen equipped with milk, tea towels. and all the basics so didnt need to buy stuff for just a few days

Lack of parking so that you can unload the car

Absolutely everything, clean perfect location. Nice clean and bright rooms, everything you need is literally on the doorstep

Really clean, thoughtful arrival process. Big bar of chocolate, biscuits and milk in the fridge. Good selection of cooking utensils, spotlessly clean.

Very minor faults in the bathroom. Sink doesn’t drain maybe due to blockage. Towel rack is loose and may come away from wall. Maybe replace TV for more modern model.

Nice and comfortable furnishings and beds. Central location. Carpeted floor all on one level made it easy to leave crawling baby to explore around

Central location was great but on top of a bar so Saturday eve was very loud when you have young children trying to sleep- Floor shook from a door downstairs being opened and closed. Stopped by 11 ish though and then all quiet. Bedrooms need curtains- too light to sleep in. No washing machine. Good for a short stay but any longer than 3 nights we might have struggled

Clean, well equipped and comfy beds. Everything we could need (towels, toilet roll, washing up liquid, tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits, chocolate bar) and even a voucher for the micro pub downstairs (although we didn't use it as we have young children).

It is directly above a pub which on Friday and Saturday nights is obviously noisy. Although, it does close between 11 and 11:30pm so not a problem if you don't have young children.
