Sonus Alpis - Adults Only

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for four nights as part of our honeymoon. We paid a considerable amount of money for the stay, so our expectations were high. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. Upon arrival, our room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. There was no complimentary water in the fridge, and no beverages or snacks provided at all. For our honeymoon, the only special touch was the duvet folded into heart shapes, which felt quite minimal given the occasion. When we went to reception to explain that the room did not match the pictures or description (there was no table in the room, for example), the staff member immediately dismissed our concerns and followed us back to the room as he did not believe us. We were offered another room, but in our view this was not an upgrade. We had booked Christmas dinner at €98 per person. While the food itself was very nice, there was no atmosphere—no music or festive ambience—and drinks were not included, which made it feel overpriced. The hotel is remote, so I would definitely recommend renting a car, especially if you would like to try different restaurants. On the morning of checkout, I asked if we could stay in the room until 10:30am (checkout was at 10:00am) just to finish packing, but this was refused, which was very disappointing. There is no doubt the hotel has its charms, including beautiful views, a nice spa area, and an outdoor heated pool. I would also like to give a special mention to Augustine, who was very friendly throughout our stay. Overall, I feel this hotel is very overpriced for what you get and did not make enough effort for us, particularly given that it was our honeymoon. It was a very disappointing stay, and I would not recommend this hotel.

My sis and I explored the dolomites and stayed at Sonus Alpis. Everuything is perfect, from room to the view. Breakfast and dinner is also good. The staff are very friendly as well.

Amazing hotel, staff is nice. The pool is cool and the view is amazing. I recommend it, the best part is the breakfast, one of the best I've ever had for sure!

You have to drive to reach towns nearby, but they are very close so it's not really a problem.

Hotel molto elegante e pulito. Staff molto cordiale. Colazione molto assortita, molte scelte anche vegan, se avvertiti in anticipo, soddisfano ogni esigenza.
