Everything was absolutely perfect!! This little house is lovely, the garden is adorable, the neighbors are nice and the host was very helpful and reactive. Every little detail made us feel right at home, the house is spotless, very well organized and decorated, and the location is great as well, with nice walks along the firth minutes away!

The bedding in the living room is not really adapted for two people, it would be more comfortable for just one.

The nicest place I have been for years, typical British modern cottage, cosy, furnished with good quality furniture and decor. We felt immediately like home.

The property was very clean and tidy with all the amenities.

Too many rules, we never had to strip the bed before elsewhere. The sofa bed doesn’t comfortably fit two people and the private garden is not close to the back door so dogs need to be on lead on the communal grass area. The village has only one pub open that doesn’t serve food, no restaurants or takeaways (google maps is not updated). We think the description is misleading on what the village has to offer and it should really be updated.

Excellent flat! Clean, spacious, homely and an ideal location to explore from. Loved taking the dogs to the waterfront each night for their bedtime walk; what a beautiful, peaceful spot!

Having to check out!

This is a lovely kept apartment, it is immaculate and so cosy. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The owners even decorated it for Christmas - just lovely. The apartment was conveniently located for us visiting family in Perth and we were able to take early morning walks along the river bank with our dogs - what a view and so peaceful. Parking was easy, literally outside the front door. We’ve been visiting Scotland for years and would say that this was the nicest apartment we have ever stayed in and can’t wait to return.
