Location was pretty good for getting to Mare Island

Dead cockroach on the floor. I've been told that my deposit is being refunded, but it's been 5 business days and I haven't received a refund.

Great service and the hotel was very clean. Near good dinning options.

Fridge, freezer, and microwave came in handy, as well as plates and utensils. Lots of plugs for charging gadgets.

Shower drain was clogged which ended up causing a pool that didn't dissipate for more than an hour. Hair dryer was broken, had to schlepp over to the reception building to get a new one. Floor of bedroom was wet from the fridge/freezer, which seemed to have some defrosting issue going on. Very bad wifi--kept disconnecting. Had to use data. Noisy footsteps from floor above all night long.

The only thing nice was being close to six flags

Parking sucks. Not enough spots for the amount of rooms. People sleeping/living in vehicles in parking lot. Dirty room and walls. Dirty shower. The room was so humid even with the air on. It was either hot and sticky or freezing wet air. The pool was ice cold. Like ice bucket challenge cold. It was almost 100 out and we couldn’t enjoy the pool as it was way to cold.

Parking near your room was tough when getting to the motel ate.

Everything is in good condition

The room felt a little stuffy and there was no shampoo.
