I loved the location where it is .

They didn’t really have anything in the apartment I had to buy so many things to cook and clean I wish those were in the apartment it would help a lot cause I was traveling .. expected a homie vibe.

It was wonderful.The location was perfect for exploring the city.Everything was perfect.

We were left alone and my sister could visit without any hassle. That was really nice. Breakfast at the downstairs restaurant? Very nice! Besides the dried out pigeon poop outside, I had no other major issues at all. But seriously, clean the pigeon poop 😂.

The pigeon poop. Oh, the complimentary wine... I would've preferred white wine not, I didnt have the wine as a result.

The location is good and very central.

We were suppose to check in @ 14:00, agent was 20 minutes late! Apartment was dirty, mould in the shower, dust all over the place, air conditioner in room did not work, the front door was broken. They charged me a fee of R600 for cleaning, when I complained (and even sent photos) of the apartment, they replied to say that it was an error, the R600 is not for cleaning anymore, it is for administration. We stayed for 4 nights, but only received 1 towel each for the entire stay!! I had to pay a deposit of R2000, which was a struggle to get back, the excuse being it is because I am from Namibia and then the bank takes longer to refund the deposit, seriously??

Nearby to Canal Walk

1. No Dstv, 2. Wireless router left just on top of couch. 3. Damp carpet smell in main bedroom. 4. Toilets kept running after almost each flush 5. Only one remote opening main entrance roller-gate. 6. Struggled to open and close the front door when entering or exiting. 7. Dirty blinds in the lounge.

The location was perfect and the apartment was clean. The people working over there were always nice to us and really helpful.

The main door had some issues when locking and unlocking. Apartment might need a relooking and renovation soon.

Very easy to visit Canal Walk shopping centre

Property was in need of maintenance, lots of damp showing, especially in the main bedroom. Work was being carried out on the exterior of the property, including people accessing the balcony to carry out the work. The host did not advise this was happening.
