James was very good host. Had a wee dram on arrival. Enjoyed the outside seating area. Nice furniture and decor throughout and plenty of items to set you up for self catering. Nice and quiet too.

Good location in Oban with a walking path to town. Easy parking next to the house. James gave us recommendations and made a restaurant reservation for us. Lots of room in the flat.. Two decent size bedrooms and large living room. Kitchen had everything we needed.

Bathroom was a little small and the shower got everything wet.

It was very cute, had everything we needed. Close to town. Good parking. My sons fav place so far. Also loved the walking path to town to the right of the parking.

A little hard to find the house, driveway. If you see the sign on Longsdale Rd then keep driving around to the right until you see the sign for parking.

Communication with the host was great both before and during our stay. He even popped over in person to check that everything was going well and we were satisfied with the flat and the facilities - he even gave us some suggestions on what to visit in Oban and nearby. The flat was clean and well lit with a well equipped kitchen and bathroom. The only downside was that we only stayed for one night in Oban!

Great spot. Very nice view of the neighborhood. Initially it seemed a bit far from the city center, but it’s very walkable through the walkway at the end of the road. The kitchen was well stocked. I stayed at 3 different locations on our trip to Scotland and this was our favorite. James the host was great.
