Excellent. Espace propre et bien équipé, facile d'usage. Épicerie à 1min à pied. Il y a aussi des pubs/bars à grande proximité, mais c'était pas dérangeant (pas de dérangement par le bruit... mais c'était un mardi soir, faut le dire)

C'était chaud dans l'appartement (~22-23c), malgré le chauffage (ajusté à 17c) ! J'ai dû partir l'air climatisé, ce qui est un peu dommage pour l'environnement. Quelques personnages louches trainaient dans le secteur. Pour moi, c'est ok, mais pour une femme seule, c'est peut-être plus insécurisant.

Thermostat difficult to use.

The location was unfortunate. There was some nice restaurants and shops conveniently located but sadly the drug problem on the street was a little bit confronting when you came out the front door. It’s just opposite a soup kitchen so there’s people lining up for lunchtime food. Nevertheless, none of them tried to hassle me but it was uncomfortable

We loved how clean the place is and spacious too.

The only thing I could say is that we should have paper towel in the kitchen and even a broom so we could keep the place tidier while in there.
