Gayet kibar bir karşılama yapıldı. Bulunduğu yer sessiz, sakin, ferah. Özellikle balkonda oturmak keyifliydi. Ev genel anlamda temiz ve kullanışlı. Yakınında market olması büyük avantaj

Salonda bulunan koltuk eski ve konforsuz. Mutfakta kullanılan özellikle tavalar değişmeli. Şehir merkezine uzaklığı yürüme mesafesinde değil. Toplu taşıma, tren, metro vs yok sadece otobüs ile ulaşılabilir. Biz genelde über kullanmak zorunda kaldık 4 kişi için daha mantıklı. Girişte check in saatini kendileri rica ettiği için 16:30 için tamam dedik yardımcı olmak adına. Çıkarken de uçağımız geç olduğu için 11:00 yerine 12:00 de çıkabilir miyiz diye rica da bulunduk yanımda 6 yaşında kızım ve 70 yaşında babam da vardı, dönüş olumlu olmadı 1 saat için ekstra ücret talep ettiler. Para her şey değildir...

A lakás olyan mint a képeken.A felszereletség (konyhai eszközök) csapnivalók...A 6 napra 5 db.egyszerhasználatos tusfürdő volt, a csapnál szappan nem volt de a fiú aki át adta, azt mondta nem baj, ott a tusfürdő😀a fürdőben 2 wc papír gurigát hagyott, gondolta az is elég lesz😀a konyhában az edények agyon használtak, egy db.éles kés sem volt, konyharuha nem volt, a mosogatógéphez a 6 napra 1(!) db kapszulát hagyott...mindent vennünk kellett mert az étel allergiánk miatt muszáj volt főznünk és ugye el is kellett mosogatnunk...csalódás volt, nem kevés pénzért...

Baracca 7B is a large apartment in a residential area about 25 minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. You can get a bus to town if this sounds too far or if the walk gets boring! There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby too - for self-catering or eating out. The bed was very comfortable and the bedroom is on the outside of the building so is very quiet. Two balconies mean you can sit outside, and there is also a washing machine and clothes racks to dry things on (very useful if packing light or using the flat for a work stay). It was good to have a proper hob in the kitchen (in some apartments there are only microwaves) - we cooked dinner one day and breakfast every day. Owner/agent kindly sent some books onto us after I left them by mistake.

One reviewer mentioned hearing sound from the apartment next door - this is true, but it didn't bother us as it only affects the kitchen/sitting area - you can't hear it in the bedroom. It might be an issue if one was working from home there.

Sijainti oli hyvä, kävelyetäisyydellä keskustasta ja hyvät liikenneyhteydet. Kolme ruokakauppaa hyvin lähellä. Rauhallinen alue. Hyvä ilmastointi (molemmissa huoneissa oma). Isäntä vastasi nopeasti ja tehokkaasti viesteihin.

Keittiön varusteet (veitset, kattilat jne.) heikkolaatuisia. Äänieristys heikko, naapureiden puhe kuuluu aika selvästi päivisin. Suihkukaapin viemäri veti huonosti.
