"Great location, but no check in instructions"

Great location right next to the gondola, a clean and comfortable condo, very convenient parking.

There were no check in instructions provided. We had to wait for other guests to open the door so that we could find some cleaning staff and give us a valid phone number to call (not a general Vail Resorts number that we were on hold with for 20 mins and never called us back). We finally figured out that we needed to go to Keystone guest services at a different location. Please update instructions so that other guests have a much more pleasant experience! The toilet needs to be remounted as it's loose and moves. There was a coffee maker, but no coffee. The ski locker needs a grate or something to lift the equipment off the floor as there were a few inches of water at the bottom.

Location was great! The hot tub and spa area were great! The patio over looking the mountain was beautiful!
