Habitaciones Colonial Zaci

Nice bed, good bathroom, close to the square, short walk to the market.

No chair, no fridge, no Cafe, nothing but bed and bathroom. Also, you don't stay in a colonial building, but across the street in a motel like structure, kind of felt like bait and switch.

Lovely room. Perfect location, one block from Parque Principal Francisco Cantón Rosado.

Excelente servicio y comodidad

Zaci was close to everything (town center & cathedral, bus station, food & night life)! A 2-3 minute walk and we were in the town square. The rooms were very clean & nicely updated. AC worked well. Nice bathrooms.

The beds were very firm and squeaky. Similar to a crate with a mat on top. Hard to move without waking yourself & partner up. We had 3 rooms (traveled with adult children). 2 of the 3 rooms had severe, squeaky beds. Staff was off property (down the street a bit). They were closed off in a very nice reception office and seemed irritated to help in any way.

The bed was comfortable, the room and bathroom were spacious. There was always hot water and daily housekeeping. Towels were also changed on a daily basis. Location was great with only a 5 min walk to the central plaza with the cathedral.

It was rather noisy at night, earplugs are a must if you want a restful sleep. I didn't like the shower head, the water kept splashing everywhere. If you don't want to wet your hair but wash your face, it becomes an adventure 😂 one knob was missing from the sink, meaning there was only cold water there. Staff was rather neutral, not polite nor rude.

Room had nice design and big comfortable bed. Staff was very helpful (we needed to prolong our stay, and receptionist helped us even though our first booked room was not available the second night. Thanks to the staff we didnt have to move our things to different room.). Location was great to be able to walk to the centre.

Our room was in separate building from the reception and had open yard to the street which was sometimes noisy. We had some problems with AC, but staff helped us the next morning. Room was bit small with very few places to unpack your things.

At the moment that we step to the hotel, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy. The hotel is literally 3 minutes' walk from the main park. Its 5 minutes walk away from the bus that goes to Izamal and 10 minutes walk from ADO bus and cenote Zaci. Good hotel in all aspects. Has a parking spot
