The townhouse was amazing....very clean,beds comfortable, spacious and the view was amazing. The first day my family and i were sitting on the deck and we saw a dolphin with her baby on her back. This will be our new spot to stay when we go back to Florida.

"Great place to stay in Sebastian. "

This is the best palace to stay for a fishing trip or water related activity. We were in for a wedding. I would still go back and stay again regardless of the reason I was in town. It’s a bit dated inside but clean and has the necessities to cook and stay there. Great view from the rear porch. Great bar and restaurant on premises.

Excellent Stay, Great location with Restaurant that has good food right next door. Close to parks and beaches. View from the marina in the morning looks like pictures on a postcard. Me and the wife are looking forward to another visit.

"A wonderful anniversary get away!"

The receptionist walked us to our room than handed us the key, it was nice to have personal service. She was very friendly!

Everything was great, The restaraunt was great, we only wished they opened for breakfast.
